Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes Breakfast Recipe + Healthy Snack

 Hey everyone!
I have really been enjoying cooking recently so today I'm bringing you a delicious recipe for a yummy breakfast idea. These buttermilk pancakes are super fluffy and delicious. I'm also going to include a quick blueberry bonus snack recipe that goes perfectly with these pancakes at the end of this post.


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • a dozen or so blueberries (defrosted, if they were frozen)


  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients
  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. Spray your pan with hairspray (jk, cooking spray)
  4. When you make your pancakes add in the desired amount of blueberries and flip them once cooked on each side (Makes 6 pancakes)
  5. These pancakes were delicious topped with yogurt

Yogurt Blueberry Snack
To make this delicious snack simply dip frozen blueberries into yogurt. 
Lay these onto baking paper and freeze for 4 hours. Pick them off the baking paper and enjoy!
